Material:
Start cutting 10cm strips of the crepe paper. Start folding the upper edge of the strip like in the pictures , twisting the paper.

When the strip is all twisted start rolling it creating the rose. The twisted part is the top of the flower. Use a piece of tape to hold the bottom of it together. Make a hook on the wire and attach the rose on it.

Use a thin strip of the green crepe paper to cover the wire and make the stalk of the rose. Use the tape to hold the paper when you finish it.
