Before starting your work you have to fill the balloons and knot them. Then wash the balloons with soap and clean water to remove any dirty from them. While the balloons are drying you can melt the chocolate: break a chocolate bar in small pieces and put it in a glass bowl. Melted it in bain-marie for some minutes always stirring with a spoon.
After that, place the parchment paper in a cookie sheet and pour some portions of melted chocolate on the parchment paper (round circles) where you will place the balloons. These round parts will serve as the bottom of the bowl.
Take a balloon, hold it from knotted part and dip the bottom part into chocolate bowl (be sure that the chocolate is not so hot that can explode the balloon). If your chocolate is a bit hard, you can also use a spoon to supply the chocolate on the balloon. Then put the balloon on the chocolate circle you have made it before. Repeat this procedure until you have enough bowls to your party. Now it is time to wait for the chocolate cool down placing them into the fridge.
After the chocolate got frozen take them out and explode the balloons with a needle.Remove the rest of the balloon from chocolate bowl carefully.
Now your bowls are ready to be served with some special desserts! And if miraculously some bowls be left over you can save them in the fridge for some days.
